1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using MEGA (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

MEGA is a third-party tool that helps Etsy sellers manage one or more Etsy shops, including listing management, print-on-demand design organization, order and inventory visibility, and SEO assistance. MEGA connects to Etsy only through the official Etsy Open API using OAuth 2.0 authorization that you grant.

3. Relationship to Etsy

MEGA is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by Etsy, Inc. The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. Your use of Etsy remains governed by Etsy’s own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You must own or be authorized to manage the Etsy shops you connect.
  • You are responsible for the content of your listings and for complying with Etsy’s seller policies and applicable law.
  • You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
  • You may not use the Service to violate the Etsy API Terms of Use or any applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, or using it to scrape or collect data through means other than the official Etsy Open API.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by MEGA. You retain all rights to your own shop content and data. “Etsy” and related marks belong to Etsy, Inc.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every requirement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEGA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your shops at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to Etsy, other users, or us.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
